Shielded Hearts' Round Ups

Shielded Hearts, Milwaukee Police Department and the Child Protection Center partner to collect New Toys, Socks & Sweaters, and New & Gently Used Stuffed Animals for children in scary circumstances.

Help provide a little comfort to a child who has been abused or going into foster care. Give them something to call their own during such a scary time.

In our first year we collected more than 2,000 stuffed animals. Last year more than 5,000 were collected. We wanted to expand this year's efforts to help children with more essentials such as Socks, Sweaters and New Toys to make sure they are not only warm, but happy this holiday season.

Those interested in donating New or Gently Used Stuffed Animals, New Toys, and New Socks and Sweaters can drop off unwrapped items at any Milwaukee Police Department District starting November 19th until December 10th. Other drop-off locations can be located by clicking here.

In addition, businesses and organizations who would like to coordinate their own Round Ups (at any time of the year that is convenient for you) can click here for more information or click here and fill out the form to participate.   We will contact you shortly.
